I am a sole practitioner licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1978. My practice is primarily focused on probate, and residential real estate matters and closings. I also practice in other areas within a general civil law practice. However, I do not handle cases involving criminal law, tax, bankruptcy, divorce, child custody/support, workers' compensation or medical malpractice.

The cornerstone of my success is the quality relationship which I maintain with clients. Clients are treated with integrity and respect for their needs, goals, and objectives. I focus on intelligent legal representation and pledge to listen to and communicate with clients.

I use the latest technology and cost-effective methods to provide services in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
